Google Drive

Bring selected documents and photos into the job.

Choose files with Google Picker.
Import a copy into a project or task.
Export supported files to a Nebubee folder in Drive.

Drive access is limited to the files you choose or use with Nebubee. Imports and exports are manual copies.

Dropbox

Keep your existing file library close at hand.

Browse the connected account’s folders.
Import supported photos, PDFs, and plans.
Export a copy back to Dropbox.

Connect your own account. Source files stay in Dropbox, and changes do not automatically sync.

Project email

Bring a conversation back to the project it belongs to.

Connect a supported Outlook, Gmail, or secure mail account.
Associate relevant email with project records.
Send through authorized company connections.

Email connections have their own permissions and setup. Gmail authorization is separate from Google Drive.

QuickBooks

Connect supported accounting records to your books.

Authorize the accounting connection.
Export supported USD records.
Review sync status and reconciliation.

Configuration is required. This accounting connection does not move money.

Stripe client payments

Offer invoice payments when your company is enabled.

Use a connected Stripe account.
Offer supported card or bank payment methods.
Keep payment status connected to the invoice.

Availability depends on company setup and Stripe capabilities. Initial support is for eligible US companies and USD; provider fees apply.

Proposal AI

Get a first draft you can make your own.

Draft a full scope, section, or line description.
Optionally include selected notes and photos.
Review and edit before inserting into a proposal.

Provider setup and usage limits apply. AI suggestions require your review and do not set your prices.

Connections require your authorization and can be disconnected in Settings. Files or messages already copied into a project remain in that project until they are separately removed.

Ask us something else

Does every customer need to create a developer app?

No. Nebubee configures the shared integration. Your users connect their own accounts and approve the requested access. Company administrators may also have policies for their Google or Dropbox accounts.

Will editing a source file update the copy in Nebubee?

No. Google Drive and Dropbox imports create a copy. Import the revised file when you need a newer version. Plans can keep a revision history.

What can I import?

Supported cloud imports include JPEG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files. General photo and file imports have a 10 MiB limit per file; plan imports have a 25 MiB limit. Export Google-native documents to a supported format first.
