WORK THAT STAYS CONNECTED

A client should be able to open their project and understand what is happening. Nebubee brings the information you share into a focused portal, from the latest update to a decision that needs their attention.

The example shows fictional project data.

FROM ONE STEP TO THE NEXT

01

Choose the experience

Select a portal home layout and use your company logo or name.

02

Share deliberately

Grant the client access to their project and publish the records you want them to see.

03

Keep the client informed

Share milestones, updates, photos and documents as work moves forward.

04

Keep decisions moving

Receive messages, proposal responses and selection choices in the project.

01

A project home that feels like your company.

Choose the view that suits your clients and how you communicate. Every layout uses the same shared project records and your company branding.

  • Four home layouts: Overview, Project Home, Action Center and Progress Path.
  • Your company logo, or company name when no logo is configured.
  • Shared progress, milestones and the latest project updates.
  • A personal portal theme each client can choose independently.
02

Give every update and decision a place.

Put the shared proposal, the latest document and the client’s response near the conversation about the job.

  • Project messages with supported photos and PDF attachments.
  • Shared proposals, invoices, files and selections.
  • Client proposal acceptance, signatures and revision requests.
  • Selection choices that the office can review and confirm.
03

Share the project with clear boundaries.

The office controls project access and publication. Clients see the information prepared for them, with internal costs and office records kept behind workspace permissions.

  • Explicit client access for each shared project.
  • Preview documents before publication.
  • Published document snapshots preserve the reviewed content.
  • Revoke portal or document access when it is no longer needed.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful
answers.

Ask us something else
Can clients see internal costs or team records?

The client portal uses a separate shared view. Internal estimate costs, markup, labor rates and office notes are excluded from published client records. The office decides which projects, progress and documents to share.

Can I choose how the portal looks?

Yes. The company owner chooses one of four portal home layouts. All start with the default theme and use the company’s branding. Each client can then choose their own portal display theme.

Can clients message us and attach photos?

Yes. Project conversations support messages with supported photos and PDF attachments. Their access stays tied to the shared project.

Can clients pay invoices from the portal?

Invoice checkout is available when the platform and company have an eligible, activated Stripe Connect setup. The current payment integration supports US companies and USD invoices; card and ACH availability depends on Stripe capabilities. Processing fees apply.
